Lash Policy Booking & Deposits •A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This will go toward your service total. •The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment via cash, card, or (Venmo- LaKendra-Ismail) •Appointments must be booked online/in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. Cancellation & Rescheduling •Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24-48 hours in advance to avoid losing your deposit. •No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a forfeited deposit and may require full payment before booking again. Late Policy •A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After this, a late fee may be charged. •If you are 15+ minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be forfeited. Refunds & Satisfaction •No refunds will be issued once a service is completed. •If you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours for a complimentary fix. Fills & Retention •A fill is required every 2-3 weeks with at least 40% of your lashes remaining. Anything less will be considered a full set. •Foreign fills (work done by another artist) must be approved in advance. Extra Guests & Children •No extra guests or children under 5 are allowed in the studio to maintain a relaxing environment.
